Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Template document — have legal counsel review and complete these terms before relying on them in production or in ad campaigns.

1. The software

TradeForge is a local Windows desktop application that executes user-defined trading strategies via exchange APIs. All trades are executed within your own connected exchange account under your control. TradeForge never holds user funds and is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.

2. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your capital. Past performance — including backtest results — is not indicative of future results. Automated tools do not eliminate market risk. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose, and consider seeking independent financial advice.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on devices you own for your own trading. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software.

4. Subscriptions

The Free Trial requires no payment details. The Pro Plan is billed monthly in USD and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. No investment advice

Nothing in the application, website, strategy templates, or documentation constitutes investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeForge Technologies Ltd. is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, API failures, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
