TradeForge Technologies Ltd. ("TradeForge", "we") provides a Windows desktop application for automated crypto trading and operates this website. We are a software provider — not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.
Data the desktop app handles
- Exchange API keys are encrypted and stored only on your device using Windows-native secure storage. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Strategy configuration and trade history are stored locally on your machine.
- Crash and diagnostic reports are sent only if you opt in, and never include API keys or account balances.
Data this website collects
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, and pages requested, kept for security and capacity planning.
- Advertising and analytics tags — when enabled, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising tags measure ad conversions using cookies or similar technologies. See "Cookies" below.
Cookies
This site may set cookies for ad conversion measurement (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising). Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), these tags fire only after you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time and clear cookies in your browser settings.
Payments
Pro Plan payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
